Worldwide œufs en meurette days

The Château du Clos de Vougeot, the Mecca of French gastronomy, has a know-how recognized throughout the world, it is the undisputed temple of the œufs en meurette. Since 1953, this dish, one of the best symbols of Burgundian gastronomy, has been served with every meal organized at the château. For each reception, the menu varies, only the œufs en meurette remain at each menu.
